Despite declaring I would be the Queen of Soup in 2009, I haven’t made any soup.

I’ve been snarfing this stuff like it’s…I don’t know…better than edible. Like it’s duck legs pan fried with duck confit, but from a box.
Until I wean myself from this instant soup habit, I don’t see how I can make a legit play for the QFS tiara.
On a more hopeful note…today I bought some carrots because tomorrow I’m trying my hand at a creamy carrot soup featured on Blue Kitchen. A container of homemade chicken stock is thawing right this minute.
